Problem description:
Default keyboard language is German. All applications are working with this
keyboard setting. The keyboard setting keeps German when you open Access
2003. When you click e.g. on "Create table by entering data" it is changing
to English keyboard setting. This also happens when using other functions.
When you change the keyboard language in the MS Access the setting stays
until you close Access. After open it again the setting is gone.
System environment:
Operating System: Windows XP Multilanguage Version (installed multilanguage
packs: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Chinese)
Office Version: Office 2003 Mulitlanguage Version (installed multilanguage
packs: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Chinese)
Test information:
1. Test: Changing language of operating system and Office 2003 to Spanish -
same issue
2. Test: Changing keyboard setting to Spanish as default - same issue
3. Test: Delete US Keyboard setting - Access is switching to Chinese keyboard
4. Test: Recording what is happening (registry and file changes) - no result
5. Test: Repairing installation - same issue
