Access 2003 will not open any files

I recently installed some of the Office 2003 products on my PC. I already
have 2002 on there. I kept my old versions and they (at least Access) seems
okay.

If I run Access 2003 and try to open any MDB file, nothing happens. I
create a new one, close it, try to re-open it and nothing. I created
another, tried to right click on the menu bar to reset the security settings
for the macros and that option is nowhere to be found...no macro security
settings. I'm stumped.

Problems with Excel also saying it can't open files because of my virus
scanner but that can't be right because I created a new spreadsheet, saved
it, tried to open it and get the same error.

Any ideas?
