Access 2003 wizard

Hi everybody

I'm having problems with the Access Wizards.
I have read the paper Q232218 titled "ACC2000: Nothing Happens When You
Try to Start
a Microsoft Access Wizzard".

I have finished all three of the fixes and also reinstalled Access using
Add/Remove Software.

But I am still not able to start the Create table|query|...| wizard.
All Wizards not working correctly.

Any suggestion??
