Access 2003 wizards - No fields show in tables

Boman

On a brand new PC (XP SP2) with Office 2003 SP2 installed via CD, users
(students)
create a new database and then try and create new reports/queries using the
wizards. When you click on the table, no fields are present to select.

I have read many of the posts regarding Sandbox mode (changed to 0),
deleting or renaming the acw files, repaie/reinstall Access. None have
worked to date.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance! Brian

I has a similar problem with A2002.
Solution was to check enable sorting /indexing files via Control Panel
Drice c:
Nothing to do with Access .. but problem was resolved

Hope this help

I've the same problem, but later discovered that my antivirus (Kaspersky)
block the execution of an API, so I disabled the feature in Kaspersky, and
now MS Access works fine, displaying all the fields in wizards.

Best regards
