Access 2007. A database created using the CreateDatabase method

How do I create a native Access 2000 database in Access 2007. The
CreateDatabase method using the dbVersion40 option creates a database that
can't be opened in Access 2000. Access 2007 reports such a database as being
in Access2002 - 2003 format.
