Access 2007-, Address Labels

I am trying to finish address labels on Access 2007, When I go to Print
Preview, It shows the address all scrunched up. The name and address, city,
and zip are all on different lines, but between the first and last name and
the city and state it will not allow my to add any spaces or commas. It also
won't allow me to click on it and try to type it in myself even once i've
closed the print preview. What can I do to finish my labels so their correct?
