I have a database that keeps track of birthdays for my department. However,
I have a validation rule with the field that limits it to mm/dd/1900 since I
don't want to know how old anyone is.
In addition to having a validation rule for the field, I have the field
formatted for mm/dd/"1900" and a note in the description that says "Must be
in the format of MM/DD/1900"
When you collect data via email, there is no indication on the form for the
field that there is a restriction/format/limit. It just gives instructions
for entering a date since it is a date field.
Is there any way of adding the description or validation rule to the form?
Currently, I add a note in the comments section during the wizard, but
honestly, most people ignore those notes.
