Access 2007 encountered an error during setup

I saw there was another person with this same problem. I just bought Access
2007 as a separate disk to install.

My computer already has Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook 2007 (this
version was upgraded from 2003). They run with on problems, but I can't even
install Access 2007.

What do I need to do?
