Access 2007 errror

One of my clients who runs a replicated database system has just upgraded to
Office 2007. Most of the users are still on 2003 so we have no intention of
converting it and we are aware of the replication issues with 2007. The
problem we are having is that none of the events work. When any code is run,
you immediately get an error:

The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced
the following error:
The expression you entered refers to an object that is closed or doesn't
exist.

* The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a
user-defined function, or [Event Procedure].
* There may have been an error evaluation the function, event, or macro.

I have checked to make sure there are no missing reference, did a compact
and repair and compiled the database but none of this has made a difference.
There is nothing very complicated in this database. Has anyone else had this
problem and if so, any clues how to fix it.

Thanks in advance
Sandy

Ok, I managed to fix this strange problem. In case anyone has the same
problem, the fix was as follows.

In 2007, make the database the Design Master. The problem should now be
fixed.
