Access 2007--Issue Tracking Database

I am looking for someone that is fluent in Access 2007 to develop or
help me develop.

Objective:
1. Submit email form to Sample Coordinator requesting shoe samples to
be ordered from Sample Source or local providers.
2. Allow S/C to reply that sample has been ordered giving details of
order and follow-up status.
3. Record request and status information in Excel Spreadsheet.
4. Allow for multiply quantities and sizes on the same order, if
possible.
5. Allow multiply choice fill-ins. (Account: 1. DSW, 2. Sears, 3.
Famous, 4. Other)
6. Provide Report Form allowing record search of database.
7. Allow automatic follow-up if not received, if possible.

Before you undertake this, you should know that the recipient of your email
form needs an email client that accepts html format or he can't respond.
This is indicated in Help. Use the terms "Collect data" to find this
information.

Actually, I believe it only works if the email client is Outlook.

Doug,

I think Microsoft has some bugs to work out. I sent several out, one to
myself here(Outlook) and one to myself at an MSN.Com account. I responded
to two sent from Outlook and they got processed into the database, however
they were placed into a folder called Access Data Collection which isn't
listed under Personal Folders but under Search Folders(???). That is new.
I responded to the one from my MSN.Coma ccount, but it came in my Inbox and
didn't get processed into the database.

I may be wrong, but it looks like these can only be sent though the wizard
and not VBA. If that is true, it isn't very practical to be involved in if
you are using email forms on a large scale.

I forgot to note that boolean values on the response form are not
represented by Checkboxes, but by textfields. The user has to type in Yes
or No.
