Access 2007 Macro bombs when run with Access 2003

I have a database that has several macros used to create Excel spread
sheet reports.
I recently received a new PC with Office 2007 installed.
Shortly after receiving the new PC I was asked to create several new
spread sheet reports.

Since most of the other users are still on Office 2003 I used the
Output Format Excel 97 - Excel 2003 Worksheet (*.xls) when I created
the new macros for the spread sheets.

When these macros are run with a machine running Access 2003 the macro
halts.
The halt message says:

Macro Name
mcrReviewByownerSpreadSheet

Condition
true

Action Name
outout to

Argument
1, qryReviewByowner, Excel 97 - Excel 2003Workbook (*.xls),
DGAMSReviewByOwner.xls,Yes.0

If I modify the macro using Access 2003 and select Output Format
Microsoft Excel 97 - 2003 (*.xls) the macro will run fine.

Is there another selection with in Access 2007 that will allow Access
2003 to output the result in Excel?

Thank you!

If I look at one of the old macros (created in Access 2003) with
Access 2007 the Output Format reads MicrosoftExcelBiff8(*.xls), but
that's not an option in the 2007 drop down.
