Access 2007 Restarts as if new each time

We changed the system from XP Home To XP Pro and reinstalled Access 2007
using the original disk. Now, every time I open my Access application, the
system acts like it has never seen Access before - popping a windows message
box in which it says -- Installing Access 2007 ...

What am I missing?

It thinks that there is another version on the machine and is trying to
rebuild the registry. If you do have another version, you should be prepared
to live with it, unless it's Access 97. I have a cure for that.

Otherwise, try logging on as Administrator, and starting it. If that doesn't
work, you might consider wiping the machine, and installing everything from
scratch.
