access 2007 runtime vs adp

I convert a file acc2003 adp to acc2007.

I have a computer where I installed access 2007 full version.
ON this computer I open the file and there is no problems.

I have another computer where I have access 2007 runtime.
When I try to open, it lost the connection to sql server 2000.
I try to use nortwindcs and also there is no connection.

What is wrong?
Access 2007 runtime remove the connection?
