I've finally gotten my database converted over to Access 2007 so that I can
test the runtime deployment on a second machine and make sure that everything
works as planned. However, my second machine stubbornly refuses to allow the
runtime to install. I have Access 2003 on that machine. The machine with
Access 2007 on it allowed the runtime install to work just fine. Both
machines are using Windows XP. But when I try to install on my second
machine, it immediately kicks out with the message "The installation of this
package failed."
I don't know why it won't install. It doesn't make any sense. If anybody can
help me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.
