Access 2007 - Sort & Filter

Hi All,

Is this a known Filter issue?

Has anyone tried applying a form filter using the standard Access 2007 Sort
& Filter Ribbon group controls to a form field where the underlying field in
the table has a space in the name eg. [Industry Type] ?

It fails with:

"Can not Apply filter on one or more fields specified in the filter property"

However, if you alias the field in the query:

[Industry Type] AS IndustryType

then it works.

Just my 2 cents worth.
