Access 2007 & The Mouse Wheel

I just happened to notice today that scrolling the mouse wheel while in a
form bound to a recordset no longer scrolls the form through the recordset.

This is a good thing and was such a pain in the butt issue in prior versions
of access.

I'm curious however, is this really an issue that was explicitly changed
(for the better) for Access 2007, or is something about my computer perhaps
configured differently?

Yes, they changed the behavior. IIRC, it's configurable by a property, but
I can't remember the details.
