Access 2007 Toolbar

Hello,

Is there a way to create a tab with a toolbar to add to the ones the come
with access 2007? I'm finding that if I want certain things that are not
available on the preloaded toolbars, I have to put it in the quick access
toolbar. This could get quite large.
