Access 2007 Trial & Enterprise Compatibility Problem

I created an Access 2007 database using a trial download. Everything
worked smoothly. I then sent it to someone who uses Access 2007
Enterprise, and when she tried to open the database, she got a message
that she needs to upgrade her database to a newer version. What could
be the problem?
