Access 2007 Viewer and Full Install -- need to restrict users...

In prior versions of Office, the Viewer and Full app called different
exe's....now it's the same exe/uses a switch for ART? My question is how to
restrict user access/remain in license compliance when these apps are both
installed/required in a 2008 TS environment...as they had functioned in
Office 2003...please advise, Thank You-

There's never been an "Access viewer", so I assume you're talking about the
run-time. All versions of Access since Access 2.0 have use the same name for
both the run-time and full "developer" version, so I'm really not sure I
understand your question!
