Access 2007 Won't Open

I was able to open Access 2007 in B2, but after the TR, I can no longer open
the program. Get a message saying that Access can't find an international
dynamic-link library, and Office should be reinstalled. When I try to run the
TR program, nothing happens. Anybody have a similar problem or know what
needs to be done to get this program working again? Thanks!
