Access 2010 Display Menu Without Clicking Add In

When opening an Access 2003 MDB with Access 2010 how do get the custom
built in menu to display without clicking Add In. We have 300 users
and they will be wondering where the menu is.

Try making sure that "Allow Full Menus" & "Allow Built-in Toolbars" are
un-ticked. (You have to do this in 2000 then when you open in 2007 you
should only see your custom menu - I presume this is the case for 2003 &
2010 too).
