Access 2k Runtime from MOD SR1

Can I install Access 2000 Runtime directly from the MOD
SR1 \MIN directory? Will it setup all of the registry
settings it needs correctly?

I'm getting "required registry settings missing" message
when I try my app. after direct install from AccessRT\MIN.
