Access 2K Won't Run w/Multiple Network Logons

I have Access 2000 running on a network installed locally on each client. The
client I'll be asking about is running Win98. When I use my network logon
everything works fine but when I log on as a different network user I get an
error message that appears to be coming from the Access program. It
says..."This application must be installed to run. Please install from the
original installation location". Why am I getting this message?

I believe Access requires a number of registry entries in the
HKey_Current_User. Unless the user has actually done the installation
his/herself, those entries will be missing.

That's going to be a problem. The other user has no rights to view drives or
run programs due to policies on the computer. Is there a way that I can
update the registry to indicate that this user has completed the install?
