access 3033 error

I have set up a database using access 2002 on a network.
I used the security wizard to create a user level of
security. Everything was working fine until I tried to
log on from another computer. NOw the database has locked
up and when i try to enter I get the following message:

YOu do not have the neccessary permissions to access the
object (error 3033). I hadn't made any changes to the
workgroup. Now the database can not be opened by anyone.

Does anyone know how tofix this?
