Access 97-2000 conversion "invalid database object reference"

Hi, I'm trying to convert an Access 97 db to 2000 and get
a "invalid database object reference" error. This also
generates a "RecMsg" database file that is blank. Does
anyone know what is causing this and/or how to fix it?
