Access 97/2003

Hello,

I have Windows XP and Office 2003. I am trying to
install Access 97 and have followed all the tips for
changing the MSAccess.exe to 2k, the /y reinstall, the
hatten.ttf file rename, and the renaming of Miscrosoft
Access folder when installing to Microsoft Access 97.
None of the these have worked thsus far and I am still
getting the "no license on this machine" error message.
Does anyone have any other solutions (yes, I have a
licensed version of 97). Desperate! Have financials to
report that will only run on 97! Thanks!

Sorry, I can't offer any advice other than what's in the KB article
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=141373 other than to say that I have both
versions running on my Windows XP machine.

However, my question relates to why you say your financial reports will only
run in Access 97. What happens when you try to convert?
