Access 97 & Access XP

Hi,

My AutoNumber IDs are corrupted after migrating Access 97
to Access XP.

I've checked out some postings and would like to re-
create/reset my IDs.

But while I was changing the design, I got a pop-up
saying I couldn't make changes to the replica. Then I
realised my database is a replica.

Anyone knows how to convert a replica to the Design
Master in Access XP?

You can try to change the replica to the design master by
using the sychronize tool. Go to Tools, Replication,
Synchronize Now. When you get the synchronize box you
will see the drop down box to select what database to
synchronize with. Under that box you will see a checkbox
that says "Make Design Master". You will have to go
through the synchronize process for this to complete.

disabled. Do you know how could I enable it?

I'll try that if I really can't get hold of the design
master.
