I have a Split Access Database with the Backend Database and MDW file on the
network server. The front end Database is on the local computer and some
people have Access 97 and Some Access 2000. I have both Access 97 and 2000
on my computer. I amend the Front end Database in Access 97 and then when
ready open it in 2000 and select Open as the conversion option. This then
allows the rolled out version to be opened by people with either 97 or 2000.
Unfortunately this time the new sub forms which have been created cann't be
seen by people with Access 200 in one Security group even though they have
all the necessary permissions and if they log on to Access 2000 on my machine
they can see everything correctly.
