Access 97 and 2003 and same machine

Hi,
I just installed Office 2003 on my WinXP Pro pc. I had
Access 97 and Office 2002 on already, but I uninstalled
them so I would have a clean Office 2003 install.
I installed Office 2003 with no problems. Before I
reinstalled Access 97, I renamed the hatten.ttf file.
After the install I got the "no license on this machine"
error. I tried to uninstall, but I got an error that the
file Off97Pro.stf was corrupt or could not be found.

Currently I have only Office 2003 installed. Can anyone
tell me how I can get Access 97 successfully installed on
the same machine?
