Access 97 and Access 2000 on the same machine?

Hi - my question is - is it possible to run Access 97 and Access 2000 on the
same machine?
I have replicated Aaccess 97 databases that I need to convert to Access 2000
and some will not convert without errors.

My solution was to cut and paste the forms and tables etc. between the two
applications and therefore create new 2000 version databases.

Shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you install them in separate folders,
and don't accept the default installation (which will try to delete a
previous version of Office)

It's not uncommon to receive a "There is no license" error when you first go
to use Access 97, but that can quickly be corrected by following the
instructions in http://support.microsoft.com/?id=141373

Hi

Install Access 97 as normal, Then install Access 2000 as a
custom install.
Install it to a different directory and tell it to keep
your existing instance of 97.
As to your solution of cutting and pasting I have no idea
whether this will work.

Cheers
