Access 97 and XP Home

Hi everyone,

does anyone know if there are any issues with A97 and XP Home? We have the
BE on the Server and use FE's on the terminals. It takes up to 10mins for
the FE to link to the BE dbs through the network which is crazy, in the
office and the test network (which are win98 boxes) its instant.

Once the dbs have finially linked it still takes awhile for the FE's to load
but once they do the speed seems fine. Even when i go to the link table
manager and link just a table it still takes forver.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Ive tried a decompile, compact, repair
etc... even exported all the objects to a fresh db.
