Access 97 Database not viewable menue

Have a Windows NT4.0 Server with Servicepack 6 in use.
On this server is Office 97 installed. Our users can log into the server with
remote desktop and open the access database. The only thing is that the
remote users can't see all the menues, they are not viewable.
- you can see menues but the frame is not even viewable.

Is it a problem with NT4.0 and Access, or that users log remote in the server?

I can attest to the fact that Access 97 worked fine with NT 4.0, SP6, so I
suspect it has something to do with remote desktop.
