access 97 export form list

I have a user that is using Access 97 and trying to export
a form to an excel spreadsheet, but in her dropdown menu
for file types it doesn't list excel. I checked with our
admin and he said all the file types are loaded but it
still doesn't show up. Is there a way to get it in there
to show up in the list?

reload Access 97 and make sure all the features are
