Access 97 install on xp box w/office 2K

I'm running XP Pro and Office 2K Pro.

I have a need to support Access 97 applications. I
cannot convert them. I need to work on them in Access 97.

I installed only Access 97 (portion of Office 97) into a
different folder than Office 2K. However, when I attempt
to run any Access app, 97 or 2K, I get a message that
there is no license on this machine and it refuses to
open the database.

Please advise.
