Access 97 on Terminal Server 2000

I have had this installed on a Server 2000 server running terminal services.
Yesterday, the app stopped being multi user for no apparent reason. I ran
the compatibility scripts again. It still did not work. I did not, however,
reboot the server after running the scripts.

I am in danger of being lynched by 15 irate users. Please someone HELP!!!
How do I get this app into multiuser mode again???
