Access 97 on Windows XP

I recently installed Windows XP on a new harddisk. I
installed Office 97 Pro. When I attempt to use Access
files, I get the message: There is no license--- MS fix
is to rename the font, Hatten.ttf, and reinstall Access.
XP will not allow me to rename or remove this font. Any
ideas on how I can free these files up short of buying a
new office suite?
