Access 97 security

hey,

I am securing a database, and have made a new admin acct
that I will be using. But, I am trying to delete the old
admin acct but it wont allow me to do so. I have already
added the Admin priviliges under my username, and am
logged in as myself.

I am not sure what to do at this pt.

You cannot delete the Admin user; just remove it from the Admins Group. It
will be a member of the Users Group so ensure you give no permissions to
Admin User or the Users Group.
