I have the following macro in an access 97 database. (that has been working
for 3 years)
Sendkeys "+~" Wait = Yes
After converting this database we now get the following message:
The SendKeys action requires the Custom Reports Utility Add-in to be loaded.
Rerun Custom Reports or Microsoft Office Setup to reinstall Custom Reports
and the Custom Reports Utility Add-in.
I read some articles that I may need to change the syntax of the sendkeys
action. I tried: {+}~ {+~} {+}{ENTER} none of these get rid of the message.
I found a Utility add in and tried to add it in and I receive an error
message that it could not add in the utility add in.
This behavior is only happening on one of our 9 terminal servers and only
for a couple of different users. If i get on that terminal server it works
fine, other users on that same terminal server get the message.
I know the use of sendkeys is not recommended but we have ~30 access 97
database that all have ~ 200 macros each that have been recently converted to
access 2003. All 30 databases are having problems when they encounter the
sendkey in a macro on one terminal server (work fine on the other 8).
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,
Brent
