Access 97 - Unable to launch Import spreadsheet wizard

My application is on Access'97 and is published under
Citrix. When I attempted to import data from an Excel
spreadsheet into my Access application through Get
External Data --> Import, I received an error
message "microsoft access can't find the wizard, or there
is an incorrect setting in the windows registry".

I would appreciate if someone could help in resolving this
issue.
