Jim, you will get more help if you follow some basic usenet (newsgroup)
rules.
(1) Use a meaningful subject line. For example: "Error message: Facility not
available". This will maximize the chance that someone who knows about your
particular problem, will bother to open your post.
(2) Start a new thread for different questions, unless your next question is
closely related to, or follows naturally on from, the previous one. Do not
ask a completely new & different problem, in the same thread. This just
confuses everone.
(3) Give some backgrouond information! All that I can see, when I read your
post, is what you have written below. This is just not enough to make me
want to look at your problem.
