I'm having a Random issue w/Access 97 on WindowsXP (don't
laugh). Whenever I kick off a query as the user on her
laptop is hangs. Access will report "running" or "not
responding' during the query (typical), but it never
brings back any data. I can log onto the laptop as myself
or under a different profile and the query runs fine.
The user can logon to a desktop running WinXP and
Access97, kick off the query and it runs fine. Her
neighbors with the same laptop config can kickoff the
query and it runs fine. She can also logon to any other
laptop or desktop and run the query.
After numerous attempts at this, that, and the other
thing, I replaced her laptop (New Build) with the same
config and the query still hangs or doesn't pull any data.
Any ideas!!??
