access adp installation package

I want to create a setup project for my access adp project
im using Office XP developer edition which contains installer
package but I am not able to Configure MSDE as i want to
create an instance of specific name like "Moid"
I also want to run osql.exe script to make a database on it
please help me in this as im not able to do it.
