Access and DYMO-printer

I found a artikel from 25 feb 2004 that defines my current problem with
the DYMO printer.

I have a report with a special papersize wich writes to a
DYMO Laser Label printer. On my computer an two more it
works fine. But on others Access changes the papersize
randomly. Exactly the OS(XP),Access(2000), and printer
drivers in all machines and the the same servicepacks.
The users runs my database (MDB) from a network location
so it´s the same database. When I use the label printer
from other programs i works fine on every computer, It´s
just in Access that it not working. I did av preview of
the report and noticed that on the machines not working
Access changed the paper size. Any ideeas??

If you are using Access 2000 this is a known bug and is documented in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase article Q245021 (List of Fixed Problems in Microsoft Office
2000 Service
Release 1 or 1A.

Also, make sure the Option for Name Auto Correct is disabled. In fact... I think it's
best to disable that in all versions of Access.
