access and mail merge

I've got an Access DB that has a group of cds, and I want
to be able to Mail Merge the Database into a Table, but
not all the CDs have the same number of tracks and some
have extra, I want to be able to remove the extras when I
go through and print out the documents. Does anybody have
any ideas?

Hi Wayne,

I'm not quite able to visualize what you want to do, but I
think you need to do the data-processing in an Access query
that contains only the records you want, then merge to this
query.
