Access and Outlook questions

Two questions:
1. I have a field in a table called "Email". Can I have a command button
that will pull up the Address book from Outlook to propogate the field?
Trying to eliminate incorrect email address in this field.
2. Trying to send a Report in Snapshot format using the SendObject. Having
problems with the To: part. This report notifies the person of what training
needs to be done. Can I have it sent to the address that resides in the
! field for that person?
Pretty much a novice when it comes to VBA, but am a quick learner, so any
help would be appreciated!
