Access and TAPI

I am looking for technical articles on Access working with
TAPI. I need to record and analysise phone traffice within
our company.

Comments please.

Hi Ward,

I don't think many Access people know much more about TAPI than how to
place a call; it has a reputation as a rather unfriendly interface even
by Windows programming standards. If your company has a computerised
PABX it will be much simpler to use its logging software and import the
log files into Access if needed. Otherwise, all I can suggest is a web
search and if that fails a posting in
microsoft.public.win32.programmer.tapi
