Access and Windows XP permissions

I have a small peer network that uses a shared Access
database application that I wrote. I have noticed that
users with power user level often get partial or no
records returned for some queries, while admin users get
the correct, full query results. The folder and database
have full permissions for all the users. Any idea what
could be going on here?

By shared Access application do you mean you used developers version to
create an exe or simply that a licenensed version of Access is installed on
all sys.
You might want to check the MDAC on all sys,
