Access Application Window - Hide?

Does anyone know a way to hide the application window? When users start the DB right now, they get the switchboard and, of course, the Access application window in the background.
I'd like them to see just the switchboard, to not even know they're in Access at all....

Is there a way?

Thanks for the tip but that's unfortunately not what I was referring to. Maybe I have not been as clear...

Imagine all your files/applications closed and you look at your desktop. You double click to open the DB and only the switchbord will appear. In the background you still see your desktop.

Access may show as open in the taskbar but the actual window should be minimized while the switchboard is displayed.

Know what I mean?
