Access attachments of Issue

Does anyone know how to access the attachments of an issue? Clicking on the
attachment uses Internet Explorer to view the attachment. But our users only
want to pick up the attachment and save it on another location.

Hover the mouse pointer over the name of the document until the pick list
arrow appears, and then select the "Edit in ______" option. Hope this
helps.
