Access automation error -2147221163

We are experiencing a problem automating Access XP from Access XP. We have an Access mde which is running using the run-time version of Access. This mde launches a new instance of access and then loads an Access mdb to print a report from the mdb and that is when the error below occurs. We have opened the mdb in Access and the report prints fine. We have checked the References and all are ok. This is only happening on one PC running Windows 2000 Pro, the other ten PC's are fine. The PC also has Office 2000 Pro on it

Error -2147221163 Method 'CurrentDB' of object '_Application' faile

We have tried the following without success

re-installing the Access runtim
installing the full version Access X
msaccess.exe /regserve
Detect and Repair in Acces

Has anyone got any ideas
